"Outdated amenities, worn beds and sheets, no bottled water at midnight, and a room that was too small despite being booked for three made the stay very uncomfortable. Overall, poor service and facilities did not match what was promised."

"The room was nice, clean and updated - breakfast was a nice touch. But this hotel is incredibly loud. We stayed 5 nights and every single night we battled with excessive noise, doors slamming, loud hallways etc. I understand the staff have little control over its guests, but there was no effort made. We have young children and our stay was exhausting due to the excessive noise and disrespect of others. One other note is the elevator - there’s only one and it’s very slow, and always packed. "

"Very clean upkept hotel where even the elevator smells clean! Friendly staff and very nice room. Only one issue for consideration if you like it DARK while sleeping. The doors are frosted glass which can let a lot of light into the main living room. Didn't bother us at all but just an observation! This place was spacious and well worth the price!"
