"Despite a staff member taking a nap across the coach in front of the main elevator and the hostess gave me a king room instead of the double queen room I reserved, it was okay. She did change the room. Complimentary breakfast was Meh… toaster barely works. If you want to deal with very young hockey players and their parents who think their kid is going pro, have at it and stay here. Very close proximity to many food establishments "
"This was the dirtiest room i have ever stayed in. There were dead bugs, live bugs, boogers stuck on the wall and hair and gum stuck to the inside of the shower wall and hair all over the toilet seat. Besides being dirty the window curtain wouldnt close all the way. I was forced to take pant hangers from the closet and clamp the curtain closed. Worst hotel experiance ever. I will not be back. When i told the front desk about it, they gave me their email and asked me to send them pictures. Terrible service."
"Upon arrival the staff member didn’t acknowledge my presence as I stood there in front of her. During check-in the staff member informed me the pool was closed (which was the main reason we were staying in a hotel), but told me that we could use the pool down the street. She said she would give them a call to let them know we were coming. In the end she forgot to call, and I had to go back into the hotel to remind her. During check-in she also insisted the she gave me keys for two rooms when she had only given me the keys for one, and then told me the wrong room number for the second room. During my visit I went to the “gym” which consisted of some weights, a bicycle and a treadmill (no elliptical). Breakfast the following morning was extremely busy (they really need to open earlier for the sports crowd), and it was poorly laid out. Everything is on one long counter, and the line for the waffles blocked the hot options. The hot options were good, but the trays are small and it took a long time for the solo worker to refilll. After 20 minutes of waiting in a line that barely moved I gave up and just had the hard boiled eggs (which were on a separate counter), and I found them to be rubbery. Then I had to find the solo worker to refill the yogurt and fruit. Overall the experience wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t great either. I would not recommend the hotel and I will not be returning."
"Overall a good stay but could have used some soap and glasses by the bathroom sink and coffee maker only had decaf coffee. Good breakfast and nice pool!"
