"If I could give this place negative stars I would. In all my years traveling this is the first time I ever walked out of a place. This place is not at all like the pictures. Most of the beds were not made or had any sheets or pillows. The couple of beds that had sheets one of them had blood stains! There were random items throughout the house (one shoe, drills, broken sunglasses etc. Broken furniture, lamps and dirty sofas. I wouldn't stay there and definitely not with my family. We...

"Great location and the breakfast buffet had more than usual. A little crowded at times. We splurged on the corner suite and it had wonderful views of Bergen. On the other hand, there are some problems. The plumber did a wonderful job installing a multi-spray shower tower, but unfortunately, the drains couldn’t handle that amount of water runoff, which rendered the fancy features useless. Turned the room into a wet room. And on our third day, we didn’t get another bathmat so I requested one, only to be told that the hotel didn’t supply bath mats? I see other guests have mentioned the pillows. There are 2 sizes — titanic and mini. So I requested a medium pillow, only to be told that the hotel only had what was supplied. We also requested robes and slippers — and you guessed it — not supplied. I lost my comb, so asked for one from the amenity supplies. Nope. No combs."
