"Was a good stay at the hotel "

"Really nice stay, in the heart of everything close to Vancouver City Centre Sky Train. Paid for a little upgrade on arrival to get a private bath. My room 324 small but clean and very cosy with a nice bathroom with a bathtub. Much needed after a day on the slopes of Cypress Mountain. Bonus coffee and tea served complimentary in the morning 7 till 10 I think Lovely staff too "

"The property is older and could use an update. However, the rooms are fair sized and clean. The bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and with the Expedia breakfast coupons and lunch vouchers, it turned out to be a great deal. The location is also great and close to shopping and restaurants."

"Great location and all was good with the whole hotel. My only recommendation is to update furniture and carpet and add streaming services to TV. I would pay more if I could relax and watch a streaming service after a busy day in the city. Cable is so awful. "

"The room was excellent and the beds are so comfortable. Stayed with my daughter for two nights and they gave us a reasonable .5 day rate to check out later for a very late flight. Staff is kind, helpful. Location is absolutely perfect for downtown."
