Overall, the hotel and the room was perfect for our family. It would've been nice if there was also a pool and a more casual dining option on site as we have younger kids but its definitely not a deal breaker with so many options nearby. The location is also perfect as it was near a skytrain station and very walkable to most places downtown.

Really great! such friendly staff, from the front desk through housekeeping! I’ve stayed several times in the rooms are exceptionally clean and with a wet bar and mini fridge in room offer more than many neighboring hotels. they bend over backwards to accommodate any request and make your stay as comfortable and wonderful as possible. And you really can’t beat the location. It’s just perfectly downtown. Highly recommend.

We stayed on the 11th floor and had access to Dividend lounge which we enjoyed however could have a daily variety. My husband doesn’t drink wine so he would have enjoyed another option as well as breakfast was repetitive on our 4 night stay but fresh and delicious. Loved the room amenities!
