Their attention to detail from the room appointments (robes and slippers), amenities (free water, coffee, tea, snacks) to comfort in the public areas, was above and beyond. We had dinner there one night, 2 breakfasts and they even made us a picnic to have at the Grand Canyon. All the food was delicious, gourmet and met our dietary restrictions. Such a calm, friendly and warm place to stay. Highly recommend!"

"Very impersonal not having a person at the front desk and they person didn't know what time of thr day it was of the people he was checking in. The floors ver very dirty. I apilled a little water and when I wripped it up, the clothe was filthfy!! The breakfast area was too small and the line was too long ao we didn't get breakfast there. Overall it was not worth what I paid."
