In addition to providing excellent service, he gave us recommendations on places to visit in Flagstaff and provided a map. He even took the initiative to help us clean up when my 4-year-old son accidentally spilled a glass of milk. More people like Eddy, please"

"The room was very clean. The pool and hot tub were great. The staff was very nice including the Northern Pines wait staff. A small complaint the step to get in the side door-the hallway to the pool, is pretty steep a hazard hopefully it can be corrected."
