"Our room was updated and very clean. The kids loved the pool and breakfast was great every day. There were a lot of options for breakfast and the staff running breakfast made sure everything was refilled and clean. The staff came in and refreshed our room about halfway through our stay and it was great. We travelled with our dog as well and the dog area was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and ready to help in any way needed. This is a great hotel!"

"We stayed at the Inn on Biltmore Estate from Thursday through Saturday morning, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our visit coincided with the 4th of July, and the fireworks display on Friday night was absolutely breathtaking — a highlight we’ll never forget! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well cared for. Every single person we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. While we wish we could remember all their names, a few really stood out: Jim, our friendly and helpful shuttle driver; Lorenzo from valet, who was prompt and courteous; and Teresa in the dining room, who provided wonderful service. Speaking of meals, the food was phenomenal across the board. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and delicious — not a single disappointment. The Inn itself is elegant, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. It’s the perfect complement to the grandeur of the Biltmore Estate. We left feeling rested, inspired, and already talking about our next visit. Highly recommended!"
