Hotel Riu Victoria hotel is very clean and is centrally located near attractions and restaurants. The concierge Jeffrey was fantastic super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. If I visit London again I would not mind staying at this hotel again.

The hallways on the first floor were really smelly. Carpets are old and need replacing. The rooms were not tended to daily. There weren't sufficient bath towels, although after I asked for some, they were delivered to our room. Coffee machine in main lobby didn't work. I am not a fan of the "no person" check-in at the front desk.
