Great modern rooms. There was anything someone needs. Hand-face cream was missing - hairdryer was missing in the room but now an issue cause the SPA has everything and we always showered there. Breakfast was superb

Great hotel, even better staff

Hotel is perfectly located right next to ski lift, bus stop and rental shops. Very comfortable rooms. My biggest praise goes to the staff who went above and beyond helping me after I injured myself and needed a lot of assistance, outside of normal hours too. Would not have been able to function without their support.

Nice but too expensive for the services offered

Nice place because of location. Too expensive for what it is. Nice staff. Asked for a late checkout. Got 30mns more:-)) otherwise need to pay CHF 50 for 2 hours. Would have surely paid more for lunch at the place if they had said ok for a 2 hours late check out. A bit too short sighted for me. Sauna only opens after 4pm on a sunny day and do not forget your towels from the bedroom:-)). They could do a bit better for the prices charged

Sehr freundliches Personal, von Reception über Restaurant über House Keeping. Fühlte mich sehr wohl dank dem tollen Personal. Zimmer sind sauber und schön, einzig die Betten könnten für mein Empfinden etwas komfortabler sein. Spa ist auch sehr schön und lädt zum entspannen ein. Top Lage gleich beim Skilift und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Spa ist auch sehr schön und ideal um sich nach einem Snowboard/Ski Tag zu entspannen. Plus diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Gebäude
