The building is under partial renovation. The staff knows that and does everything they can to make it easier; they were all friendly, excellent, and accommodating. The rooms that are finished are excellent.

At first I was told they no longer take the online reservations because they only get paid $45. Then they said that they only had one room, which looked like a janitor closet. I started to call Travelocity, and he said he had one more room upstairs with no a/c. I reluctantly took it. It was filthy, cigarette burns on the blankets, shower didn’t work. The absolute worst hotel experience of my life.

You said Hi, unfortunately I had a bad experience, first of all when we arrived and show our reservation (which I paid already) I was told we don’t accept reservations from a third party ( I always booke with hotels.com and never had any issue) so the guy in the reception took another extra 25$ cash. Second thing the room was not clean, shower not working, pillows are very and sheets are very dirty, you can smell it from a mile away. I couldn’t sleep the whole night

Would not ever book this place again. Went to the airport inn on check in date was told no reservation .airport inn canceled my reservation on February 9th and I was never notified of this the place is very nasty and very bad people hanging around had to find another room across town at a higher price was told that they rent rooms by the hour before i left the airport inn showed me a room and let me know it would be two - three hours before ready it was totally gross I wouldn't let my dog sleep there may die from something that's how bad it was .I would like to know where is my refund

We booked through Expedia but the hotel canceled the reservation because they explained they don’t make any money by using their services. They did however book us a room with an additional $10 deposit for a room card. The room appeared to be cleaned until you turned on the lights. It was completely filthy in the bathroom, I don’t believe they have ever cleaned the shower, walls/door and shower curtain. The bed still had hairs near the top of the bed and no pillow cases. Pullout bed was missing all coverings. Only had one set of towels. Up on checking out a different attendant tried to refuse to return my refund because I didn’t check in with him the day before. Stay away.

There was nothing too like it was dirty It's stunk every piece Of linen was badly stained the mattress was has stained and I could tell because the linen didn't fit the mattress The carpet was like destroyed I'm surprised they can even get away with renting something like that it was late and had no choice I needed to sleep. Hotel was extremely dirty, it was being remodeled on the second floor, which there was no mention of when I booked, torn up carpet and drywall laying around everywhere. There is no mirror in the room at all, the room and bathroom was filthy, and the towels were dirty. The power went out just for the hotel (gas station attendant next door said they didnt lose power and there was no other power outage happend that he knew of), never came back on, we had to pack up and leave to another hotel at 3am because the room got so cold from no heat. Went back at 7am to gather our belongings and even the emergency hall lights were not working at this point, had to use the flashlight on my phone to make my way up the stairs and to gather my things from the room. Ruined the whole night. Horrible hotel!

I actually went to room, smelled marijuana in hallway, saw people outside back door area that looked like a drug haven. Junk all over the grounds and rooms all around in poor shape under construction . I went back to counter and asked for refund. I would never stay there.

They mentioned they were under construction but did not mention you have to walk through the demolition debris to access room. The room has a refrigerator with a half drank Gatorade in it. Microwave has burnt food on its glass bottom ( had to remove someone’s plate from it to see it). There was one hand towel and one wash cloth no large towels. The shower was not working correctly and loose. The tub drain strainer missing. The hot water was warm but not hot, I ran the sink to see if it was the anti scold setting but it never got hot. The smoke alarm was covered with plastic bag to avoid going off because of demolishing going on in hallway. Six propane tanks in by stairs with a heating device upon entrance to stairs. Turned key in and advised could not stay here. There response was okay and no refund on all four days paid in advance.
