The room was nice, but we had to listen to people stomp around above us until after midnight every night. Plus we had to get our room keys reactivated twice during our stay. We were there three nights.

If you are looking for a comfortable bed, this hotel might be right for you. Don't expect more. Upon entering the room, we found a hair ball in the bed. There's no coffee maker in the room and no hot breakfast as advertised. When I mentioned this to the check-out clerk, she smiled and said I could mention this to the manager when she arrives mid morning. We will not be returning to this hotel.

Overall a good experience. Everything worked as it should. The room was clean and tidy. Only complaints are the elevator which takes forever to get to the second floor (I think it goes to the third floor before the second from the ground floor - very aggravating). The second is the smell of marijuana from the moment that you walk into the door, in the hallways, even deeper into mine and my sisters room to the point that we had to crack the window. I'd rather smell cigarettes than pot.. it's disgusting. Why do pot smokers get such privilege when cigarette smokers do not? Staff were pleasant and accommodating. Oh coffee maker in the room, but no coffee??? That's just weird.

We checked in at 11pm , the security guard who was really nice told us that the room we were getting just had a bunch of kids thrown out of it and that the TV was ripped out of the wall and if we needed him or the other guy to.come up and grt it working just to let him know. It was late we were tired.and didnt need to watch TV. I think its funny that I was charged a $100 deposit for a room that was already damaged.. The bed felt like I was sleeping on springs. The room smelled horrible. Never again will I stay at a Red Roof Inn

They canceled my reservation and I never got refunded my money. This place is terrible when you book through Expedia. When I tried to book this place for one weekend, they gave me another weekend instead I went to the facilities. They were partying out front by the entry door. The girl at the desk canceled my reservation and said I would get a refund and it never happened due to Expedia not making contact and getting permission to cancel the reservation. I will never consider this unit again.

I book this hotel mainly reason was hot tub when I came to hotel to check in I went to see hot tub and it was not available and closed I was very disappointed that ruined my entire weekend with no hot tub

The staff informed us by telephone that our check-in would be available at 12:30 PM, but upon arrival, our room wasn't ready until 3 PM. My family and I waited in the lobby for 2 hours until it became available.

Weed, sketchy elevator and loud

The overall room was great, it was very spacious but the WHOLE hotel smelled like someone was smoking weed. The elevator is very old and sketchy! It was very loud all night and early in the morning it sounded like something was crashing into the hotel! If you don’t want to smell weed, and get some peace and quiet do NOT stay here!

Meh...

The room was recently renovated, comfortable, and appeared clean. Nice soft bed. The tile and laminate flooring looked good, but was slippery with both socks and bare feet. It felt like it was waxed...sort of slimy, but it was dry. The room smelled fine; no deodorizer or smoky smell. The hallways and lobby , on the other hand, smelled like 50 chain smokers just left and the staff sprayed that disgusting deodorizer cheap hotels use. If the room smelled like that, I would have gone right. Back into the lobby for a refund. The big problem with the room, though was a very, very loud AC compressor. I'm not a light sleeper, and I sleep with ear buds, so no big deal for me. But others may find it intolerable. NO BREAKFAST. I don't think they advertised they had it, but it's almost expected. All in all, just okay for the price I got it for

I travel for a living. My territory is Canada, The US, Central, South America and the Caribbean and this was by far the most disgusting place I have stayed. I worked all day and finally checked in. Requested an upstairs room which they warned had a possibly defective light switch. I Figured I can work around that since they mentioned you may have to flip it on an off a few times. I went into the room, and the light switch worked without issues. I rolled open the curtain and the window was broken with exposed shards of glass. It was double pane, not a showstopper as I would only be there a couple days. Later I went to wash my hands, and the sink would not drain, water would just sit there. I turned on the remaining lights in the room and the light to the right side of the bed flashed on and off like a strobe light. By now it was 11:30 PM and I had completed the reports I had to send off. I got ready to jump into bed and when I rolled the sheets down, it appeared someone had puked on the sheets. Totally disgusting. I decided to sleep on the sofa and evacuate this hotel in the morning. Checked out and moved to a better location. You would think that the maids who cleaned the room would have reported this, or that maintenance would have taken care of these issues, but not offer someone, anyone, a room in that condition. This had the appearance of a transient hotel. Glad I checked out and will never look at Red Roof the same again. Awful!

This was a nice surprise. The room was quite comfortable. The hotel was very clean and had new carpet installed recently. It appeared to be recently renovated. It was tucked back in a quiet area where I felt comfortable getting my dog out for a walk. There was no breakfast but there were plenty of options nearby. Great room for the money.

Broken elevator gave out, wheezing night before

Arrived late (after 1am) to little enthusiasm. Booked us into the 4th flood. Thank god the elevator was working that night. It was out of service the following morning, making for an awkward departure if you had to make more than one trip down. Outside looks decent, but this property is very worn. Multiple layers of paint in hallways and elevator areas attest to pour workmanship. Favorable rate, but wouldn't seriously consider this location again. Tucked back away from the highway interchange.
