Beautiful place and exceptional breakfast. Walkable to anywhere you would want to go. Linda at reception was helpful and so nice. Loved it here. One of my favourite places I've stayed.

This boutique hotel was absolutely gorgeous and the service was very friendly. The breakfast spread was really great, and we loved spending time looking through photography books in the lounge, sipping a cocktail from the honesty bar. The room was efficient, not so spacious but very well thought out, and the bathroom was beautiful with full amenities. We will absolutely try to stay here again when we return to Florence.

This is a very pleasant boutique hotel. The room is small bu t comfortable. But, be aware that the staff is only on property from 8 AM to 4 PM, The breakfast is simple but sufficient.

A beautiful special hotel

I booked this last minute just for one night. It was such a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was amazing. There was a beautiful lounge to sit in and have coffee or a drink. I cannot recommend this place highly enough it was a beautiful calm oasis in the hostel and bustle of Florence. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back

Superb stay in Florence

Reception and manager was so friendly and helpful. She got us a taxi, recommended restaurants and was so accommodating. Rooms were big and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Would definitely stay here again !

Fantastic, clean and comfortable!!

This relatively new hotel was ideally located close to the Duomo and on a less busy street. Rooms were super clean and nice and the service was excellent! Breakfast was wonderful and beds nice too. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

Beautifully appointed hotel with fabulous lounge area to relax and enjoy Florence. Close to amazing shops, restaurants and markets, the location is very convenient and quiet. Breakfast was enjoyable - only downside of our stay was the size of our room which was much smaller than expected (based on the photo of the room that was featured in the photo).

Casa G is beautiful, friendly, cozy, safe and welcoming. Linda and staff treated us like family. The breakfast is quality with a variety of choices. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern. The common area was a beautiful place to relax, socialize if desired, and have snacks along with cocktails/wine. It is located in an area convenient to dining, shopping, site seeing, and the charm of Florence. We will absolutely stay at Casa G again.

Our stay at Casa G was so pleasant, the staff are amazing, Linda is a great representative, kind and very helpful to assist us to find the best day tour to Siena, San Giminiano. The breakfast staff at the kitchen and dining room are very sweet, making a good coffee. The room is very clean. Casa G is close to Duomo less than 5 minutes walk. I highly recommend Casa G, a place to stay when visiting Florence.

This is a fantastic, new hotel ( opened a few months ago which explains the limited number of reviews so far). The location is excellent for accessing Florence’s main sights. The staff are friendly and attentive. The decor is stunning. There is a lovely lounge with music playing and a very well stocked honesty bar. Breakfast is delicious and consists of a wide variety of food - something to suit everyone’s tastes. Excellent value. Stay here!!!

During our recent three-night stay at this property, we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Additionally, the service we received from the staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. However, as much as we enjoyed our stay, we had trouble sleeping at night. The noise from the recycling truck collections outside was quite disruptive, happening at various times throughout the night, every night. Despite the property's excellent amenities and services, the street noise was a bit of a disappointment. We hope that the management can address this issue so that future guests can enjoy a more peaceful night's sleep. Overall, we had a great time at this property and would recommend it to other travellers looking for a convenient location with friendly service. However, we recommend bringing earplugs to ensure a good night's sleep, or booking one of the rooms that do not face the street.

I had a very brief stay at Casa G Firenze between coming in pretty late and catching a very early flight. The front of house staff made it very easy for me to check in after hours, and even packed me a little breakfast and left in in my room for me, as I was leaving before breakfast service started. I spent my afternoon walking around a bit, caught an early dinner, and came back and sat in the shared common space and helped myself to a glass of wine from the honesty bar. Other hotel patrons were also there, and were so lovely. The hotel is gorgeous and comfortable. Nothing is overstated, and it really seems like care and attention were paid to each small detail. The space felt specific to Florence, and not just ‘could be anywhere’ expensive hotel. It is a nice change of pace from most hotels, frankly. My only complaint is that when I arrived there were about 6 mosquitos in my small room, patiently waiting to keep me up all night. I went on a murder spree and after 10 minutes, the problem was solved. I don’t know that there is much the hotel can do about it, if a guest leaves a window open for any length of time there will be mosquitos — there are a lot of mosquitos in Tuscany this time of year. The window was closed and the air conditioning on when I arrived in the afternoon. All in all, I would love to return to Casa G, and to bring my family. It was such a delight.
