Was a pleasant stay. The hotel property was well maintained, the surrounding area not so much. Air conditioning was ok, but was extremely warm weather when we were there. The balcony was substantial, not much to look at. The staff was extremely helpful and rooms well maintained. Would stay there again.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was not very big, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. The hotel had a simple atmosphere and provided the necessities. It wasn’t anything particularly special, but it was a decent place to stay while visiting Florence. If you’re looking for something simple, clean, and reasonably comfortable, this hotel is a fair option.

This was a very good hotel to stay at. The property was clean, beautiful, well-maintained, and conveniently located, with everything we needed nearby. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The only issue we experienced was with the late-night staff member, who was not very helpful when we needed assistance arranging a taxi. Unfortunately, she did not communicate clearly or make sure that the appropriate cab was called. After three small taxis arrived that were not suitable for us, we eventually had to arrange an Uber ourselves. The hotel is lovely, but I feel the staff could benefit from additional training in communication, customer service, and being more proactive in assisting guests. A little more attention and helpfulness from the staff would have made an otherwise excellent stay even better.

Hotels in a great location for visiting the historic areas of Florence. It’s very close to the train station which makes it an easy choice. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very clean though a little small for my usual taste. We did not try breakfast.

Great location, great rooms, comfortable stay. Stayed in the privilege room with balcony which was quite spacious. Note that hotels in the Florence city centre cannot turn AC on outside of the summer months, so you are out of luck if it’s hot outside of those months. We visited in early april where it was 26c and the rooms were 25c but could not cool down.
