Great 2 room apartment with kitchen

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. I would give this apartment the highest marks except for the 3 flights of stairs were a bit difficult to climb for my 64 year old self. My 24 yr old daughter had no trouble and loved the separate room with the sleep sofa.

Very well located. The neighborhood is pretty and active. The location is close to everything : restaurants, shops, groceries etc. Le sofa bed isn’t confortable and souldn’t be used to sleep. The bed was very confortable. The AC is appreciated though it’s noisy and it’s filter had to be cleaned. The bathroom is very small and water gets everywhere. The bathroom door doesn’t stay shut. The apartment would benefit a little work. Owner was nice and available. Toilet paper, laundry detergent and garbage bags would be nice to have for the whole stay. Don’t forget to bring yours. I recommand this place to people in goodnphysical conditions since it’s a 2nd floor and the staircase might be challenging to some travelers. We had a great time in Florence and appreciated the apartment even if it wasn’t perfect.

Comfy Spacious Apt but Terrible Bathroom

Let me first start off by saying this apartment is pretty, spacious and cozy. It is very centrally located and truly if it wasn't for the bathroom I would be giving this apartment a 5 start review. However, if you plan on showering during your stay then this apt is not for you. I stayed here with my partner for 5 nights and ever day had an issue with the showing. The shower takes a long time to drain (approx 30 mins for a 3 min shower) and the water will get absolutely everywhere. Prepare to wash soaking wet towels every day of your stay. We were able to make this work the whole trip until the final day when the shower didn't drain at all. The attached picture was the shower after being left for 12 hours to drain. Honestly it's not worth the hassle and when I text the management company they were rude and insisted the problem was our fault because of our hair (we are two men with crew cuts - not the problem!) and that this is to be expected after 4 days! Apparently 4 consecutive nights is too much for the apartments bathroom! This apartment really needs to fix this issue before renting out to others guests - truly it is just not functional accommodation. Save yourself the headache and time wasted for the beautiful sights of Firenze and chose another location.

Great location! Property located on 2nd floor up a narrow stairway, so take note if you have heavy luggages. Rooms was large and big with kitchen and washing machine (detergent provided was a plus)! Insufficient lighting in the room as there were no ceiling lights. Main issue is that there is no proper containment of the water in the shower, so the whole toilet is wet

The apartment is located directly next to an amazing square with a great cafe and several amazing restaurants, a gelato place and another pizza window. We would stay here again in the future.
