Staff was great. It smelled like cigarette smoke in halls and stairway. Beds were comfortable though and room was fine

Everything was great except we I used your app to book our stay, I selected a room with a king bed. For some reason, the confirmation showed a queen bed. Since I booked thru a 3rd party, the hotel said they could not switch rooms.

Shower didn’t work. Remote was not functional. Place is clean and comfortable but if you can’t shower it’s a no go. Asked for refund or discount and I wasn’t even acknowledged. Be careful when staying here

The hotel was clean and in a good location, close to restaurants and stores. There was only two partial rolls of toilet paper in the restroom and we had to ask the front desk clerk for another roll. Additional toilet in the room would be nice, it's the little things that matter!

There indoor pool was closed and cost 70 dollars more to stay. We stayed for indoor pool for kids to swim. And no help on price reduction. Wont stay again

Pool Closed
The pool and hot tub were closed. This should have been advertised. It is the only reason I chose this hotel. There was also a live roach in the bathroom when we walked in.

Night staff was nice. Let us change our check out time from 11 am to 12 pm. The next morning, the woman at the front desk tried to get us to check out before 11. We told her we were given a late checkout. She said that was just a request and it was up to her on if we would get it, we were never told that. She also never called us to tell us that the extension wasn’t approved, so would she have just let us stay and charged us? Just warning future customers on asking for late check out. The whole interaction she was very rude.
