It was a fantastic place to stay in Florence. Spacious, clean with great service. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. The location is central but on a quiet street.

Hosts were wonderful and friendly. Fresh fruit in my room each day was a nice touch along with crackers/cookies. They have tea bags and a hotpot to heat water with along with a french press for the coffee lovers. Only word of warning is the bathroom is on the second floor of the suite and is accessible by a spiral staircase. Anyone that has concerns about going up/down narrow stairs should consider this, but it was no problem at all for me and I'm 6'2". Highly recommend for anyone that wants to stay in Florence and be a short walk from the center of the City.

Wonderful location close to everything in Central Florence. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful, kind and accommodating. The street is peaceful in regard to people and tourists for being in the middle of Florence. Car traffic was a little bit loud in the mornings.

The location was perfect and the hosts were fantastic. The breakfast was lovely, beds were comfy, the place was clean and comfortable and we had a great time staying there. Anyone coming to Florence should make reservations for here since it is close to tourist spots, eating establishments and very walkable. Perfect place to stay if you want the best of both worlds - well priced and near the center. The host was very warm and inviting with a wealth of knowlege of things to do in the area. Great recommendations to nearby spots. Felt welcomed without feeling intruded upon. Would def stay here again!

Very nice host. More room than you will get in any hotel. Felt just like staying in a good friends place. Clean and nice homely feeling. Fresh fruit every day. Close to the Market-hall and the dome and good places to eat nearby. We would definitely use it again if we came to Florence. Note: stairs inside apartment to reach Bathroom and no elevator to reach 2. floor.

My sister and I travelled to spend only two days, and Gianna was the best hoster. Talk to her for the best local tips and best stories. The room is incrediable comfortable and they have a huge collection of books. We loved the place.

The couple that runs it were so friendly, kind, accommodating. It was our favorite stay of all of the 4 cities we stayed in. We forgot our keys and got locked out, and they let us in at 11pm. They provided meals to take with us when we had to leave early. Directions to places to eat, tour, etc. were amazing. The accommodations were wonderful. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the people who run this place and the place itself. If I return to Florence, I will stay there again!
