"This property nice with kitchenette and plenty of space. It’s very clean and provided good toiletries. Keep in mind there’s no hair conditioner or iron which would have been helpful for us. However if you’re planning to do a lot of activities in city center and utilize the train station, the location is not convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to Duomo and 30 minute walk to the train station. We spent more money on transport due to this. The staff were fantastic to work with, very responsive."

"I like that this guesthouse is associated with the hotel for 24 hour staff and help if needed. I appreciate the signs explaining certain procedures. The hotel staff were cordial and helpful during check-in. The Guesthouse itself was nicely decorated, not overly so. I liked the the loft apartment. Very clean and had the amenities I needed during my stay. Very quiet at night. Lovely garden. I recommend this place for people who like Florence and have been before. It is not far from several bus...
