The hotel staff were amazing and so friendly. The location was perfect. The rooms were large and gorgeous. The breakfast in the hotel was some of the best food we ate while in Florence. Highly recommend going to the rooftop as well.

Our room was beautiful and chic. Overall the hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The sister hotel where the Meze bar was amazing (Great Service from Bruno and the crew) and the Angel Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again during our next trip to Florence.

What a great hotel to stay in. In a great spot in Florence old town close to restaurants shopping ponte Vecchio Bridge. Very strong customer service from all the employees. The rooms are nice comfortable with strong air conditioning, which is not the case in every hotel in Italy. Only small recommendation would be to improve the breakfast.

We had the most wonderful honeymoon at The Calimala. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, and we couldn’t recommend a drink at the hotel bar, at The Angel Rooftop bar and dinenr at Meze. The hotel is perfect walking destination for the hole city, with so many beautiful places to see nearby! Couldn’t recommend more!
