Albergo carino, abbastanza centrale

Albergo composto di 6 stanze, con bagno privato, è situato al terzo piano di un palazzo a due passi da San Lorenzo e dalla stazione. La stanza che avevamo era di dimensioni ottimali, il letto molto grande, forse un pò troppo buia (finestra non molto grande e illuminazione scarsa). La pulizia forse un pochino scarsa, il copriletto era decisamente d'epoca, ma le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti. Bagno con sanitari nuovi, acqua calda senza interruzioni, riscaldamento a convettore. La tv trovata era a tubo catodico non funzionante ma è stata prontamente sostituita il primo giorno con una nuova. Personale molto cordiale, nel complesso buono per il prezzo pagato.

Don't judge a book by its cover

From the outside this hotel looked like a cheap relation but inside the quality, cleanliness and service was second to none. The quality of the room and accessability to the city is superb. We found the staff to be extremely helpful. The hotel was very quiet just what we were looking for we would recommend it to anyone looking for a stay in Florence

Just what we needed

Took an overnight trip from our long vacation in Rome. This place was a dream compared to where we were staying in Rome! Great location, very friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL room with a gorgeous bathroom (we had the back room with the king sized bed). Had everything we needed and no complaints. Very clean and quiet when we were there. Perfect for a couple. Beware of tricky elevator! Building is very dark when you walk in at night.

Locanda de Firenze, accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable

Situé en plein centre de Florence, à deux pas de la gare Santa Maria Novella, et du Marché Central, la Locanda de Firenze a été un très agréable lieu de séjour. Idéal pour sillonner à pied le cœur de la ville, revenir se détendre puis repartir. Les chambres sont situées au troisième étage d'un immeuble d'habitation qui comporte d'autres "pensione". Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes (même celle donnant sur la rue). La chambre a été très bien entretenue tout le long du séjour. Le petit déjeuner est simple (standard). L'accueil est très sympathique et chaleureux, conseillant même pour l'organisation des promenades et des visites (pré-réservation des musées par exemple) et de très bons conseils gastronomiques (un atout pour échapper à quelques lieux très orientés pour touristes). Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !
