Check in is on the 4 th floor. Once we finally found the reception area, the employee who checked us in went above and beyond to be helpful. Gave us a map with recommendations and brought a complementary bottle of wine and glasses to our room. Very friendly. Our suite had an excellent view and plenty of space for our family of 6. Tons to see within walking distance.

Horrible building, we never saw the check in or check out person, we never got our bottle of win, they never offer a room upgrade, safe didn’t work and no one to complaint to, overall bad experience. Great location but scary building.

Our room was on the fourth floor and was small. The room had several broken items: the bathroom pocket doors were very hard to close from the inside, we had to help each other, soap holder in the shower kept falling off, bedside table had a broken leg, and the safe's batteries were dead. We also had minimal shelving/closet space. The view of the Duomo was obstructed by the roof as we were on the attic level.
