"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "

"Hotel is a bit ragged at the edges due to age but the whole staff from housekeeping to breakfast waitstaff were wonderful. The breakfast buffet was beyond excellent with multiple gluten free options! "

Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis.
