Tinha muita poeira no chão do quarto e o local não possui estacionamento próprio. Local de estacionamento os “manobristas” estavam usando entorpecentes na hora que fomos buscar o carro.

Péssima experiência do início ao fim. Primeiro, a reserva informava que incluía estacionamento, só para descobrir que o estacionamento era pago (40 reais) e ficava a 2 quadras do hotel. Funcionários totalmente ríspidos e grosseiros no atendimento, instalações caindo aos pedaços e SUJAS. Pra finalizar, o ar condicionado do quarto não gelava. Liguei na recepção reclamando, informaram que enviariam um funcionário ao quarto para verificar, mas isso nunca ocorreu. Pior hospedagem da minha vida. E não foi nada barato.

O hotel serviu bem pra a ocasião. O quarto é bom, pelas avaliações eu esperava que fosse pior. Não foi possível chegar de carro, pois as ruas fecharam devido ao Carnaval, coisa que o próprio hotel poderia ter avisado com antecedência. O café da manhã foi a pior experiência da vida. Local ruim, zero conforto, fila quilométrica, sem ar condicionado, comida ruim. Mas como a intenção era curtir o Carnaval, serviu bem. Fora desta data, eu não me hospedaria lá novamente.

Péssima experiência. Usar os elevadores é uma missão impossível pois o de serviço não funciona e os outros dois não tem racionalidade no funcionamento. Fiquei no 13° andar e tive que passar duas noites ouvindo um barulho de motor que ecoava a noite toda dentro do quarto. Reclamei com a recepque disse que o barulho era do ar condicionado dos apartamentos do andar de cima e por isso não tinha o que fazer. Café da manhã péssimo, com pouca quantidade e opções.

Os funcionários muito bom atendimento, sobre a reserva no site nao especificava que tinha que pagar o estacionamento na hora fora que a garagem que guardava o veiculo fica a 3 quadras do hotel , quarto velho ligava o ar tremia toda a janela barulho horrivel , sem condição nem uma de dormir tendo ate msm que dormir com o ar desligado , porta velha com problema na chave toda hora , frigobar velho com problemas no uso , iluminação ruim , lampadas queimadas , elevador de péssimo servico .
