"Novotel is my favorite Hotel to stay in Floripa. The check in was very efficient, the staff knowledgeable and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I loved the shower in the bathroom. The Gym was well equipped, I had a good work out. Great view from the pool area. The breakfast was well stocked and delicious! "

"The place and staff are amazing. We had a wonderful time in Florianopolis and staying at this pousada was a highlight. Laura and Cristopher were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was a pleasure talking to them and they helped us in many ways, including working through a difficulty we had with an Uber driver and helping us arrange an alternative transportation.
The breakfast was very delicious and fresh and served in a wonderful atmosphere. It was really a pleasure each...
