Tivemos um atendimento de recepção impecável! Muito atenciosos e ágeis. O hotel está passando por melhorias, então ainda tem resquícios de obras. O café da manhã é bom, mas uma das meninas que trabalha lá foi péssima com os hóspedes, tratando mal e não sendo higiênica. Para melhoria: os travesseiros dos quartos são ruins e podem melhorar, também sentimos falta de um espelho de corpo inteiro nos quartos. No mais, a localização é ótima e o custo benefício também! A experiência foi incrível, desde a recepção, ao pessoal do café da manhã, q moço do café da manhã foi uma maravilhosa. Apesar de ter sido o último a tomar café da manhã, ela fui muito paciente comigo hehe. Fora que o café da manhã foi maravilhoso, muito delicioso 😋!! Eu super indico o hotel perto de tudo no centro!!

Quarto grande, todo reformado, chuveiro maravilhoso, toalhas branquinhas e cheirosas. O quarto so nao tem muita acustica, mas a noite o ambiente ao redor é silencioso, apesar do hotel estar no centro. Tem muitas lojas, restaurantes e cafes ao redor. Recomendo. Atendentes super educados. Estacionamento pago a parte. Cafe da manha razoavel, mas é reposto a todo momento.

Impecável, tiveram o cuidado em cada detalhe. A cama estava arrumada como no primeiro dia, com uma dobradura diferente, cama nova, chuveiro novo, e fizeram até um ornamento com a toalha de rosto que deu dó de desfazer de tão legal.

O hotel está em reforma e isso atrapalhou um pouco a nossa estadia. Tivemos que mudar de apto pq a energia do nosso andar caiu em alguns momentos. O café da manhã tb estava sempre lotado, era difícil se acomodar e tomar um café tranquilamente!
