Foi razoavel, corredor em reforma cheio de pó o quarto, fechadura e chave com problemas!! A limpeza parece ter sido feita de ultima hora, pois o cheiro no quarto estava muito forte de agua sanitaria.

O maior problema foi a ducha que esquentava demais e esfriava sem que houvesse alteração no fluxo de água. Falando em fluxo de água, chuveiro não possui pressão agradável e jato pequeno.
