Nothing worked, everything was broken: A/C, toilet, fridge, tv amd the remote, we had to move 3 times during our five days stay. Very dirty and smelly. The breakfast was ok, fresh fruits, nice staff, they tried their best.

TERRÍVEL! Funcionários despreparados, a porta do quarto não funcionava, tínhamos que ficar pedindo pra alguém da recepção abrir a porta, quarto imundo, sujo, lençóis encardidos, o chuveiro do nosso quarto não tinha água quente, estava todo mofado e pra ajudar com chave de outro, a privada não funcionava. Triste e lamentável, pagamos mais de 600 reais a diária por um hotel que não valia 50,00. Café da manhã fraco e totalmente abaixo do padrão pela diária cobrada. Fizemos reclamação na recepção e os funcionários era nítido a percepção deles que não tinham o que fazer e não aguentaveam mais dar desculpas . AS FOTOS DO SITE NÃO CONDIZEM COM A REALIDADE!

O cobertor tinha mal cheiro, goteiras no ar condicionado, papel higiênico faltando. Funcionários acho que por serem mal remunerados não realizavam um bom atendimento. Infelizmente Hotel deixou a desejar.Além de não conseguir ser atendido pelos telefones que é divulgado na internet.

Chegamos, ao ser indicado o quarto, percebemos que a porta não abria, depois de mais de 1 hora foi resolvido, fizemos diversas reclamações sobre o AR e a TV que não funcionava, também não foram resolvidas, as toalhas só foram trocadas diante de alguns pedidos, o pessoal sempre estavam de mal humor com excessão de pessoas como o pessoal da cozinha e da limpeza que merecem 10. O hotel tem uma localização incrível , mais deixa a desejar em serviço e atendimento !

Pior hotel que já fiquei . Cheguei e não tinha toalha de banho o chuveiro tinha que mexer em 4 registros para deixar quente ( o que eu só fui descobrir depois que perguntei pq não havia nada explicando ) eu conseguia escutar as conversas do outro quarto parecia que a cama tinha uma caixinha de som do outro quarto.

Experiência péssima Experiência horrível do começo ao fim. Viemos de uma viagem longa esperando descansar, mas encontramos um hotel totalmente sem cuidados básicos de higiene. O primeiro quarto estava em condições absurdas: – Cama mofada – Banheiro extremamente sujo e nojento – Cortina do quarto toda ensebada – Toalhas encardidas – Telefone não funcionava – Ar-condicionado não funcionava Fomos reclamar na recepção e o atendimento foi de total descaso, fizeram pouco caso da situação. Após muita insistência, nos trocaram de quarto, porém o segundo quarto estava praticamente na mesma nojeira, sem nenhuma solução real. O que é anunciado não corresponde em nada à realidade. As fotos do anúncio mostram uma coisa, mas ao chegar o choque é total. Falta higiene, manutenção e respeito com o hóspede. Não indico para ninguém experiência péssima,absurda e revoltante. Nunca mais volto.muita insi
