"i liked getting emails from staff daily iris? not sure of name very personable, and greeted us and did a room change asap (wanted two beds). gym and pool great and refreshing. Evening supervisor helped me problem solve reservation issues very patiently. i will choose this chain again due to this kindness. better than higher end resort staff. Room was very clean and quiet and easy access to streaming services"
