2/10 Terrible

"After we checked in, we noticed cockroaches in the room crawling on the cabinet next to the TV. We asked for assistance and they sent someone to spray. After they sprayed, more roaches came out from behind the false wall. They moved our room and gave us the can of bug spray in case we need in the new room. The new room was very warm and even after hours, the A/C would not cool the room. The next morning we walked on the beach which was covered in trash. I could go on about the food and service but we decided to leave and booked accommodations in another resort. We lost two days as non refundable and upon check out they tried to charge us more for two complimentary bottles of water. They didn’t even ask why we were leaving early. I’m sure it happens all the time. Save your money and your time. Don’t stay here."

"Our 3-day stay at The Sunday Hevea Hotel was the worst hotel experience of our lives. Booked 2 rooms and both rooms have not been since day 1. No make-up for 2 days, stinky and uncomfortable room, no towels provided, no room service, and we even had to get our own towels ourselves. Basic housekeeping and guest service were completely lacking. Avoid this hotel. It honestly feels like a scam. Travellers, Beware!!!!!!"

"I stay here often. The staff are the best. Quality of the food is really good. Convenient to the SM Clark mall is 30 meters away from the front door of the hotel. A little update to the shower head and sink faucet is due. But you will enjoy this hotel. Manager is super great. Enjoy!"
