"Overall the staff, cleaning and parking was great."

"Lipstick and Rouge. The property IS beautiful, great location and the staff was extremely friendly. I didn’t really notice the first night because we had had some travel issues and were so extremely tired by the time we checked in, all I cared about was going to bed, but over our 3 night stay I realized how absolutely disgusting our room actually was. First morning making coffee, I found cash shoved in one of the coffee cups, which sounds exciting but also made me realize that area was never cleaned or the money would have been found by the cleaner. We found legos in the room, so probably not vacuumed either. There was stuff all over the bathroom walls and in one spot appeared to be blood on the bathrooms counter. The second night the entire resort lost power for hours and on our third day there, another guest unlocked our room with their key (thinking it was their room) and was able to walk right into our room while we were inside. This honestly made me feel extremely unsettled and unsafe. Would truly make me reconsider ever booking again at this resort. "

"Nasty and dirty hair on beds"

"There was a big confusion with the hotel.com reservation. Still not sure whose side it was on if it was hotel.com or Motel 6. But the room didnt look like it was cleaned when we got there. Microwave dirty, hair in shower, chair with food crumbs in it, and a big cigarette burn on sheets. Still need to address the reservation part but I hardly slept."

"The hotel is getting a much needed face lift. The sliding glass door frames are rusted and need replacing. They are challenging to open and close. The interior room had been recently redone and most of the choices were commensurate with a three star hotel. Someone made the efficient but annoying decision to have the air conditioner condensation line drip into the one and only sink making use of the sink entertaining. The staff was polite, responsive and helpful making the overall experience better "

"Nice clean hotel wonderful view of the beach, you do have to cross a major road to the beach so I would make it a walking trip. "
