While the room was considered well equipped, there were essential items missing in the room as a hotel rental. There were NO face cloths, no shelves or hooks in the bathroom. There were only 2 cloth hangers. No cleaning or replacing towels for a 4 day stay (even it is what was advertised). Why can't short term stay like us use the laundry machines while long term (29 days+) can. The location is excellent, very convenient. If these shortcomings are still there, I may not book this hotel again.

The overall experience has been very good. The room was fairly small compared to hotels in North America but I guess that is understandable given real estate value in Switzerland. However, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. "I paid more than my colleague for my two night stay. He had full pool and gym access whereas I did not have any access to either. They asked me for another 50 euro if I wanted a swim. Reception staff were rude and dismissive."
