"The rooms have more space than a typical hotel room. Double beds and a pull out couch could sleep 6. The seating area was comfortable and the partial divider gave a bit more separation to the room, felt like 2 rooms. Clean, modern, good breakfast (hot, cold options). I would definitely stay here again "

Fans could be a great add, especially during the hot and humid July we just had. The neighborhood had a lot of great walking areas and great art and architecture to see. They did not have free coffee or breakfast available in the am. but they touted morning coffee that ended up costing $4+"

They do automatic turndowns everyday unless you put the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. Other hotels Ive been to haven't been that intentional about caring for their guests.
