"Séjour compliqué, il était annoncé une coupure d’eau générale à partir de 8h nous avons donc dû être obligés de se lever avant et finalement aucune coupure d’eau de la matinée Deuxième en pleine nuit un alerte incendie c’est déclenché Aucunes excuses et geste de la part de l’établissement Je ne trouve pas cela normal de me faire payer une chambre supérieur alors que celle ci est une chambre PMR et en plus on me certifie que non!! La blague De plus nous avions pour habitude de venir régulièrement dans votre établissement je trouve ça honteux que votre parking soit devenu payant "

"Our family of 3 enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. The location was excellent, it was within a good walking distance to the Palais and close to restaurants and shops. The lobby of the hotel was beautiful, the staff were attentive and the buffet breakfast (added for a cost) was great. Our room was clean and a good size for 3 people. Would highly recommend. "

"We stayed three nights over Easter at Capelongue, just one day after opening for the season—and unfortunately, it showed throughout. Check-in was poorly managed. We arrived at 12:30 with a pre-confirmed early check-in, yet no one could tell us when the room would be ready. We were sent to lunch (which was good), but even at 15:10 the room was still not available. When we pointed out that Expedia listed check-in from 15:00, we were told it was actually 16:00. We were eventually given the room shortly after, but the process felt disorganised. We booked a Deluxe Terrace but were given what seemed to be one of the smallest in that category, in the older part of the hotel. No seating area as shown in photos, visible dust, and a terrace next to the parking with a loud AC unit running constantly. It’s hard not to wonder whether booking via Expedia influenced the room allocation. Service lacked consistency: pool towels not cleared or set up properly, pool water not very clean, and empty glasses left around. Basic standards were missing. On the positive side, the food was good and restaurant service attentive, and the property is visually appealing. Overall, however, the experience fell short. Would return, but not at the start of the season."

"I loved my room. Even though smaller, it was so very charming with tall ceilings and windows that led to a small balcony overlooking the main boulevard. You cannot beat the location. Just steps away from everything. Even a small desk to write in my journal. Thank you so much for a authentic and lovely space."

"Toilets in the room are sooooo small compared to the size of the room itself. If you've ever been in the toilet of a hotel at a ski resort, where you knees almost touch the door when seated, this is pretty much it. No clue why the opted for that, especially when you consider they installed both a shower AND a bathtub... You can also add that it was extremly warm in the room, no clue why as the temperature was set to 15°. But this hotel is really well placed, its building and inside court are great, the staff is nice, and it was worth the price, so I think I'd go back there again if I had to visit Avignon again."
