"Our room was beautiful, but we didn't like the rain shower. Water got all over the bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choices!"

"The building looks old from outside - reminds me of an old factory or hospital and seems that the other half is shared with another company. Inside looks fine! There is a very small lobby. We got a room for 3 adults on the 4th floor. The lift is small, enough to fit 3 with small luggages. We had a spacious room with a large bed and a single bed. Interior is clean. Bathroom is quite small. The bathtub doesn't come with a bath mat, so it can be slippery. The shower head is small and water pressure is low - not the best shower I've had, and water leaks to the floor outside the tub. TV is stuck to the wall and cannot be adjusted - we weren't able to access the HDMI port to plug in our Google chromecast, but luckily they have a channel with original audio, in English. The receptionist are friendly and helpful. They helped get my mom into the small lift (for the disabled) down the staircase. However I didn't see one on the back side going to the parking. Was only a few steps down she could manage. Access to the mall was also good! Love that it's in a quiet and clean part of Paris. Definitely will be back in the future. "

"Lady on the desk was super super helpful and hotel was super positioned for the palace and getting the tube into Paris- right on the bus route to both so you don’t even need to walk!!!"
