"The staff was amazing! Super kind and helpful. Room was small but I didn’t go to Paris to hang out in my room. I had a view of the Eiffel Tower which was amazing. Works definitely stay again! "

"The hotel is not inexpensive, but the overall environment was fairly comfortable and well maintained. However, it was a bit disappointing that the room temperature could not be adjusted, which affected our comfort during the stay. That said, I would especially like to commend William, who assisted us during check-in. He was extremely polite, friendly, and engaging. Later in the evening, when we were unsure about dinner options, I deliberately went back to the front desk to seek his help, and he was more than happy to assist us again. It is these small but thoughtful gestures that leave a lasting impression on guests. Staff members like William truly add value to the hotel experience and deserve recognition, pay rises, and promotion. "
