The staff were super nice and there were loads of free parking options around which seems quite rare on the Costa brava. "If you're a young family with small kids, this is the place for you. They will love the pool area. If you're a more mature traveler that expects comfort and service, you will be frustrated. Our room, although large, was really bare -- white walls, no art, and hard surfaces. We went to the pool for drinks and lunch and the service was downright awful due to seemingly inexperienced staff. The breakfast buffet was good. "

"Excellent hotel, staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Lovely clean rooms with excellent facilities. Christian and his team in the restaurant go that extra mile to make your stay special as do the reception team always there with a smile. The cleaning staff work very hard to keep everything spotless. In fact it’s so good we are staying another 2 weeks. "

"The property was conveniently located for us to walk from City Center to Old Town. Even though it was on a main road, it was solid and quiet enough for us to enjoy our stay. The shower and towels were very nice. The beds and pillows were similar to memory foam and very comfortable. The rooms are small and don't have a fridge or microwave, but there is plenty of food to be found nearby. We enjoyed our 3-night stay. The multi-lingual staff were amazing and very helpful."
