"The location is beautiful the views of the Tuscan hills from the balcony were amazing. There is also a very nice restaurant there for dinner. The down side is there is no hot breakfast which with a nice restaurant is strange. Also the rooms are extremely dated, to the point of being uncomfortable. Also if you go in the fall there is no real heating so it was very cold at night. There was an AC so I assume in the summer it’s fine but in October without heat it was quite cold."

"This was a good experience! We were welcomed by the owners son, who made us feel very welcome and made us 2 fresh cappuccinos on arrival. The view of the landscape from this location was breathtaking. The room was very pretty with exposed brickwork and arches.
