It would great to see a more through check between stays to ensure everything feels fresh and fully prepared. We also found that the hot tub was under maintenance during our visit. While we understand that upkeep is necessary. Additionally, housekeeping stopped by during our two-night stay to ask if we needed anything. While the intention was appreciated, the interaction felt a bit unexpected, as it seemed like they might enter if we didn’t respond right away. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but a bit more attention to detail and communication, the experience could be even better. "

"Good location, newly renovated, space is very roomy. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom is very small, breakfast isn’t refilled very often and need patience to wait for eggs and sausages. Heater is taking very long time to heat up the room, but all day hot tea and coffee is bonus. "

"We were only there for the night - didn't get there until 10:30 pm or so, and did not use any of the amenities. We went right to bed and left at 4:00 am the next morning to catch a train. "

"The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. There was a mix up in my booking and the front desk was not aware I had paid for breakfast. They were rude, but did give us a breakfast voucher in the end. "

"We booked a non-smoking room and we got one. However, the smell of smoke can be smell at the hallway and even inside our room and it is troublesome for us because we don't smoke. It would be nice if there's an elevator because our room was on the 2nd floor and we have to carry our staffs through the stairs."
