"We stayed two nights for a local wedding. Immediately when we got in our room it smelled absolutely terrible. Like rotting broccoli and musty cigars. We tried to be easy and assumed other rooms may smell as well. When we woke up the first morning the AC unit leaked all into our floor and it was sopping wet. They were able to send maintenance to fix it but the maintenance and housekeeping said nothing about the smell and acted as if it were not there. Our families room right next door we found out smelled beautiful. So overall we were stuck with a musty smelling room for two nights for a very high price. The only compensation we were offered was a 25 dollar meal voucher. What a joke. Will definitely consider other options next time."

"This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The bed was broken and sunken in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The white comforter had large yellow stains, which was completely unacceptable. I stayed for two days and never received fresh towels. When I asked a housekeeper in the hallway, she told me they were “waiting on laundry” and acted like she was doing me a favor by giving me just two washcloths. I ended up having to wash them myself in the rooms washing machine. The manager offered no help at all. I was told the bed couldn’t be fixed and that no other rooms were available. After two nights on that broken bed, my back hurts. Unfortunately, every hotel in the area was sold out, so I had no other options. This stay was extremely disappointing."

"The room was clean but the mini fridge didn’t work and the heat was a hit and miss it would be warm then cool it worked for what we needed it to but needs a little help with updates "

"Very "cheap", no your habitual hotel treats, not even a bottle of water in the mini-fridge!"

"Room service is not all day and they only do breakfast on the weekends. My mini fridge didn’t work and the valet service lost my car. I had to walk the parking garage beeping my keys. No casino comp here when renting a room. "
