"Horrible customer service and toliet never got fixed "

"Room was clean and the staff were very nice. However the hotel was very overbooked (exact words from the front desk) and since we booked through Expedia we were bumped to a smaller room than what we paid for. No reimbursement for the price difference since we booked through a third party. "

They only had 1 person there to clean, refill and maintain the room. He was not able to keep up. They should have more help. It was gross. The staff were friendly though. We did not use the pool."
