Overall excellent lodging experience. I passed through Madison two times and both times I stayed here. Receptionist was able to accommodate my requests, the facility was quiet, the bed was comfortable. I have no complaints. Thank you.

Would never stay again.

The staff was not overly inviting at checkin. Every hallway had a different smell that was not good. Old, outdated hotel and rooms. To charge anything over minimum nightly fee is beyond ridiculous for an outdated and terrible smelling hotel.

Poor parking

Parking was terrible. The close spots were all marked as reserved. The handicap spots were all taken by non handicapped vehicles, except for one spot which had a utility trailer parked in it.

This hotel is nasty! Drool and blood stained worn out pillows! Hotel reeks of Fabuloso and Marijuana! Disgusting! We did not stay there and never will!

It’s definitely a motel but for a room that’s pet friendly and less than $100 a night with all fees it’s decent. There were people partying in the parking lot at 3 am so that was annoying and there was over filled garbage cans pretty much everywhere or piles of garbage outside some of the rooms that were there for 24 hours.

The room was dirty. There were little flies flying around, which leads me to beleive that there are possibly other critters as well. The decor was extremely dated. The floors, carpet and bedspreads were terrible. Fortunately i was only there just to sleep a few hours and move on.

This place is the worst place to stay. These people did not perform any room service 3 days I stayed. I asked for the room service I went out and came back after 3 hrs they had not serviced the room when I asked them for the 2nd time they said “ oh we are short in staff”. I will never ever stay here anymore and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Very rude front desk staff there was a guy at 11 pm that treated me as a thief or as if he was sure I was going to do something wrong or in other words judging me. It was unprofessional and unethical well I just felt very uncomfortable the room was ok for the price but it did smelled like musty anyways i hope this comment helps

I blame Orbitz on this very bad experience. They should have a filter on what they offer. We users trust the plataform and expect to be protected by them. If not by the hotel staff, this would have been a disaster. I did contact Orbitz and it just got worse. Hotel staff were amazing and not in their hands. Hotel condition wouldn’t even pass inspection. How is Orbitz allowing it on its plataform? And why doesn’t it protect its users by something like this.

Avoid staying here!!!

Customer service with no smile or reception. Outside door had homeless person belongings spread across entrance. Outside door had miscellaneous debris smeared on it. Inside the staircase the carpets were filthy with writing on the walls. The hallways were filthy, unswept and smelled like garbage. The room smelled horrible, carpets unswept, rusting air conditioning and the door latch had multiple empty screws holes where’s it had been secured by personal lock.
