I'm not a picky hotel person at all, but I have no idea how this place got to 8.6 on Expedia. The beds are very hard, like might as well sleep on the floor, everything is from the 80s era, and the "continental breakfast" was apples, prepackaged muffins, prepackaged bagels, prepackaged donuts and coffee.

The price and accommodations where good for what we needed, but I don't think I would want to plan a vacation around it. The sink hot water was luke warm and did't drain well. Curtains blocked the heating vent. Internet was very slow or did't work at all. Also internet ad say a full breakfast yhat turned out to be coffee, apples and bagels. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom tub had hair in it, the door to the adjoining room made thibgs very loud with thw other family talking. The pool area was ok, could be remodeled and fixed/painted in some places. The floor also needed to be swept and mopped. We went in around 7pm, so it was the end of the day but should be kept nice for all guests, not just the ones who get there first to make a mess and leave towels laying everywhere.

A very nice place in a very convenient location. However the indoor pool and hot tub has had the doors frozen shut for over a week and no where was that information available. The check hostess did say I could cancel the reservation when I arrived but I had already been driving 3 hours with my 4 year old who didn’t want to be in the truck anymore after a long day to begin with. I understand weather happens, but the information should have been put out there so my family could’ve enjoyed our trip by finding another indoor pool.

Our trip was fun, the hotel itself was meh. We booked 2 rooms, neither of which were particularly clean. One had no hot water, the other had a coffee pot you couldn't use because there was no plug and yet they literally had it stuck there so it couldn't be moved. Beds weren't great and the pool and hot tub are disconnected from the building, requiring guests to walk around outside while wet in the winter. The pool & hot tub were our entire reason for booking that particular place and the room they were in was nice, they were both clean, but having to walk back to our room all the way around the building was not. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly either. This was our 3rd hotel in the lake George/Queensbury/glens falls area and our least favorite. Baymont is cheaper and nicer but has no hot tub, Clarion is a little bit more expensive but our favorite of the 3. Regardless, there's tons of better options within a few miles distance

I had a very nice overnight stay. Check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, and the King Size bed was very comfortable. The warm air from the AC/Heating unit was especially great after driving in a snowy, Christmas-like afternoon.

Cute property with lots of potential…however our room had a weird stale smell almost like it used to be a smoking room. The beds were very uncomfortable, and it needs updating. The staff was very friendly and it has some really cute decor in the lobby. Continental breakfast was sufficient. Not a horrible stay but not a great one.

My husband and I stayed for two nights. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool area which was also very clean and amply stocked with towels. They definitely rate 5 stars and we would definitely stay again!

Really nice stay
The staff were very friendly. Everything was clean and nice. The indoor pool was wonderful and the hot tub was as well. They also have an outdoor pool. I would stay here again. I traveled with my daughter and two granddaughters.

This moter inn has been around since about the 1960s. There have been updates and renovations that are quite stylish, and there are photos of the Saratoga Springs horse races that are very interesting. The desk clerk, Holly, went above expectations in meeting our needs. The breakfast was served in a former billiard room and was adequate. This place was fine for a stopover on a road trip.
