"We loved the location, it’s down a one way side street so we didn’t hear sirens and other loud noises from our room. It was close to the subway and Times Square. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. Overall very happy with our stay. "

"location is good, room looks good but didn't clean surfaces and mop during the 4 days I was there,also Water was leaking out the shower area, so we had to put towels down to avoid slipping, The TV didn't work: they said it would be fixed, but it only worked on our last night.
