"Overall it wasn't the experience I expect from a JW Marriott. At check-in we were not told anything about how parking worked, so we had to go back and forth with the parking attendant and reception, then we were also not given an amenity card, so once arriving at the waterpark we had to turn around and go back to reception for that, it was just frustrating that none of this was spoken about at check in. The property also did not have a pool for kids to be able to enjoy once the water park was closed which, for being a family hotel I would at least hope there is somewhere they could swim. The staff (aside from check in) was remarkable, I would have given that 5 stars if check in was better. The cleanliness was ok, it does look like a lot of areas are just slapped with layers of paint, and the bathtub was so dusty and gross, pretty sure they don't clean that often. The waterpark had multiple things closed/not in use and all slides and food/drink services stopped at 5, so not sure what the point of saying it closes at 6, when clearly everything stopped at 5."

"I want to live in this place. Good food all over. The rooms are like condos (jr suite was great). Wonderful views of the water and across the streeet from the beach with reserved seating. Everything was great."

"The property was ok. The pool by the beach is very small and crowded. The food was decent but overpriced. The beds were very small and not that comfortable. Tiny bathroom, exhaust fan didn’t work, glass door. Entrance door to our room kept jiggling making it sound like someone was trying to break in, waking us up before the sun came up and continued on for hours. The center pool was a quiet atmosphere and front entrance was nice. The location to the beach was also nice. We also didn’t like having to pay $55 per day for parking. All in all it was alright but we won’t stay there again."

"Room service horrible never got my room cleaned for 4 days no towels ask numerous times and never received service then after check out they tried to charge me 613.00 saying I didnt pay then when asst manager came he fixed issue also its not noted a deposit of 200 cash or 300 credit card deposit at all 50 a day per person they charge you only thing good was the free valet parking and they was trying to charge 25 a day for that until they seen it was free u cant sit on the pool cabanas u gotta pay for that too they take the beach chairs at 7pm from you if u sitting in them never again I will stay here"
