The staff here was AWESOME! Brittany at the front desk was amazing and truly went above and beyond. She was very professional, accommodating, and kind. We loved the outdoor pool space especially! It was super convenient to be able to order food and drinks from the restaurant while relaxing by the pool. The location was also great- walkable to the pier/beach and some restaurants and stores.

The staff was very nice. The room was very clean and spacious. Only down side about the room was that the walls are thin, I was trying to sleep and heard children crying and screaming for hours because they didn’t want to go to bed. FAIR… At check in we did not receive our “king” room as reserved. It was stated that there was an issue because we had booked through a third party. But we were given a Queen double room for the same amount. However, we were not aware that we also had to pay a $40.00 resort fee and $25.00 per night parking fee. It would have been nice to be informed of the fees beforehand. Great shower/ bathroom and the beds were comfortable. But it is a very noisy locations.
