"I have stayed several times in this hotel I had never had a problem but this time my weekend was terrible, first they had guests who let the children run in the corridors until late at night, second I was in the pool with my son we had to leave for them they began to throw chairs into the water and third Saturday night I went out to a dinner with some friends and when I returned he tried to enter my room and it was impossible I approached the front desk to see what happened and they tell me that the card reader on the door ran out of batteries they had to give me another room why the answer was that maintenance was not in the hotel at that time, I had to go to another room knowing that all my personal things were in that room they did not care about the guest's food it was such an unpleasant experience that I will not return to this hotel anymore"

"I paid my reservation prior our stay, so I thought it’s all set. On there website they will hold $50 as a deposit however When we arrived they still charge us for the hotel stay after we explained it’s been paid already. The front desk stated they will hold it us a deposit and will returned it 5-7 days if it’s debit acct and 1-2 days if it is a credit card. I’m not sure if this is how it’s supposed to be? Because I don’t experience this in the past when I booked a hotel."
