"I have nothing but praise for the process start to finish and the room was clean & I think the AC kicked on when I entered..SET UP THAT WAY ? Stayed comfortable and used stairs & elevators to side entrance, wonderfull. Saw the snacks by front desk. Maybe a wine and cheese hour would be nice! Sarcasm intended..Good job all."

"I traveled from Alabama with my family to explore Manhattan. The Hyatt was the cheapest option for that. It's a good hotel, great breakfast, and nice indoor pool. Taking a bus was very confusing, because Google Maps had us running across several lanes of traffic. Fortunately I found the safest and fastest path to the bus in my attached image. There is a paved walkway starting near the hotel all the way to both bus stops. We took bus 164 from RT-4 & Blue Hills to Port Authority. Bus 164 also goes from Port Authority to RT-4 & RT-208, near the hotel. There is a small wooded area with a dirt foot trail that cuts through right near the Hyatt dumpster area. We used the NJ Transit app to buy bus tickets."
