"We were put on the 4th floor and my husband is in his 80’s and I have been sryggling with a Lyme disease therefore it wasn’t as easy to go up and down 4 flights of stairs. They had an old fashioned elevator but no one was there when we were coming and going. They had a claw tub was unique but difficult. The inn was clean but I suggest you tell customers up front about the elevators. We were celebrating our 33 wedding anniversary so it was a bit of a damper."
"The room was very clean and the beds comfortable with extra pillows and blankets. The staff friendly and the stay easy. All the amenities one needs. Breakfast coffee and small food options in lobby were a good touch. I enjoyed the taproom for dinner too."
"We loved the central location but there was a small bathroom with limited hooks and shelving for toiletries.
Our room was a second floor walk up but the is a staff operated lift if needed.
There is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. "
"Room was found with food in frig and water bottle found on the floor with hair on floor in bathroom. Pool was awesome! Breakfast was ok(except ran out of syrup (with no more to fill) sausage was not cooked! Staff fighting loudly at desk. The smell of dope reaked through the halls.. staff was friendly to guest though. Money value was good and location too!!"
"It was like staying at a resort. The receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the same booking- which when I inquired about later since it exceeded the typical hold for damages the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and immediately refunded the money. They used keys instead of updated key pads. There was no lotion in the room which is not a huge deal. I bring my own supplies. Breakfast I was told was at 7 for grab and go and 7:30 for hot food. It was actually 7:30 8 a.m. for hot food. I didn't mind I just sat and waited the view by the windows was breathtaking. The only other thing that I would say is check the website for activities they admit that's the best way for accuracy. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. The view from the lakefront hotel was beautiful. The beach was small and private. I loved the hiking trails, and quiet atmosphere. I would recommend this to a friend. Oh, there is wifi, but there was no television in the room, or microwaves. The restaurant was also not open, and there were limited places to go to eat. So be prepared. :) The parking lot was also limited, and it took me a few minutes to find where our room was, the buttons for handicapped also didn't work. Nothing to deter me from coming back. "
