The room had a refrigerator and a microwave which was great. The bed was also extremely comfortable and the bedding and linens were clean. The room was quiet and I didn’t hear a lot of noise from the other guests, and it was in a central location that felt safe and convenient.

Very limited hotels in Ticonderoga. I paid a lot for one night at this poorly kept and poorly managed hotel. Outside grass needs cutting. Lobby has a sofa and chair with a very unpleasant slipcovers, dust you could write in on the table, lamp base dirty and it took 45 minutes to check in. The person needed was late to work so these two very nice gals tried their hardest to accommodate guests. No apology given by the man. Actually, the room was very clean and looked renovated. Some mold over shower. I still can't believe this hotel charges these high rates!!!!!!

I’ve been skeptical about staying at some super 8 hotels but this one wasn’t a worry. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The outdoor electrical boxes were a plus to charge my boat before the next days fishing. The free breakfast was minimal so I grabbed a nice coffee and took off. I’d definitely stay there again.

After a couple of attempts the key cards did work and staff was very helpful fixing a lamp. There was no toaster in breakfast area and no regular creamers for coffee on the Thursday when we left. Was advised cream would be in on Monday! But hotel was clean. Staff friendly and location was key.

Overall, I think this hotel was a good value for the price, and I would stay here again if I'm back in the area. The staff did an excellent job keeping the property clean, neat, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean, which made for a pleasant stay. That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The "breakfast" was very disappointing—I don't think it should even be advertised as breakfast based on what was offered. The room also didn't have enough electrical outlets, and there were no USB charging ports. Even with just two people, keeping our devices charged was inconvenient. Another drawback was the lack of soundproofing. The walls and ceilings seemed quite thin, and we could clearly hear people walking and moving around above us. Despite those issues, considering the lower price compared to other hotels in the area, I still felt it was a good value. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable, budget-friendly place to stay and don't mind a few shortcomings, it's worth considering.
