"I checked in @8pm after a long day of driving just wanting to sleep. At 3:30am there was loud constant banging waking me completely. I was informed by the front desk there had been a problem with the elevator continuously trying to send itself to ground floor but was stuck. Wasn’t even offered an apology by staff. At first glance the room looked clean but I found long hairs on the shower walls and a wad of toilet paper covered in what I don’t want to know in the trash can. Needless to say I was forced to use the stairs from the forth floor heading back on the road still exhausted and before breakfast was set up. "

"Room was dirty….mildew in shower, sticky substance on desk, cracks in the wall in the bathroom, hair on the counter in bathroom… just didn’t feel good staying here. Not the worst but definitely not good! "
